Zoning Code (Expired November 24, 2010)


IMPORTANT: The City Council approved the Zoning Code Update on October 26, 2010. Please be advised that the updated Zoning Code became effective on November 25, 2010.

Ministerial projects (e.g., building permits) submitted after January 1, 2011  will be required to comply with the updated code regulations.

Discretionary applications submitted yet not deemed complete by November 24, 2010  and those submitted after November 24, 2010 will be processed using the updated code.

If you plan on submitting a new application or plans or, have any questions please speak with a planner as to how your project may be affected.
