Welcome to the Newport Beach Fire Department Training Section. The Training Section is responsible for the certification of fire and lifeguard personnel as well as their continual education to keep current in the latest practices of life safety and property preservation. The department's motto, "Safety, Service, and Professionalism", is reinforced by the actions of the training section.
