Fall 2013 CERT CLASS SCHEDULE
The fall 2013 CERT program schedule is listed below or to download a printable copy, click here. There are three fall 2013 CERT programs: a Tuesday-Thursday evening program, a Thursday day program and an all-day Saturday program. Participants must register for one program but can make-up missed classes in the other programs. To register, mail a completed application to: Matt Brisbois at 100 Civic Center Drive, Newport Beach, Ca 92658-8915. To download a CERT program application click here. Newport Beach CERT classes are free of charge to Newport Beach residents and $40 for non-residents.

CLASS LOCATION:
Fire Station #7 is located at 20401 Acacia
(Corner of Acacia and Birch, off Irvine Avenue, near the Newport Beach Municipal Golf course) Please park on the street and do not block access to the station.
The CERT Program courses are designed to build on each other in succession. Participants are asked to take courses in order, as it facilitates the learning process.
Safety is the first priority of the CERT Program
Note: There are many hands-on activities based on class participation.
CERT Participants are expected to follow instructor directions, and:
Wear sturdy shoes
Wear leather gloves when performing class activities
Wear hard hats when necessary and required
Wear safety goggles when necessary and required
**Dust Masks, latex gloves, leather gloves, hard hats, safety goggles and first aid supplies will be supplied and available for students’ use during class**
