The third public draft includes changes made by the General Plan/Local Coastal Program Implementation Committee and City staff during their review of the second public draft. The Committee will hold a series of public meetings to review the third public draft code beginning March 17, 2010. Your attendance and comments are encouraged. Meetings are held in the City Council Chambers and begin at 3:30 P.M.
