Parking citation payments are due 21 days from the date of issuance. Fines not paid within the 21 days are subject to a late fee and prohibit the contesting of a citation.

International Citation Payments
If you are trying to make a payment for your parking citation from outside of the United States we are able to accept PayPal payments for parking citations. Send your payment to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure to include your citation number in the comments section. You will receive an email confirmation from us after the transaction is verified.
If you do not have a PayPal account, please send an email to Cashier Help with your citation number and we will contact you to complete the transaction.
Overpayments occur when an individual pays a citation after the due date and then pays a second time after receiving a balance due notice. If you feel you have overpaid for a citation, click on the link below for more information or to do an overpayment search.

Parking Citation Reviews
You may contest a parking citation by requesting an Administrative Review within 21 days of the citation issue date. For quickest response, use our online appeal system. Please note that the online appeal system will not be available on same day citation is issued, please allow three days to submit appeal online.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your Parking Citation Review, you may request an Administrative Hearing. Administrative Hearing forms are available for download at the more information link below. The Administrative Hearing form can also be faxed or picked up in person at the Customer Service Center located at 100 Civic Center Dr, Bay A.
