Schedule
As planned, the project will be constructed in three main phases. Site preparation, excavation and shoring work began in May 2010 and continued through the end of the calendar year. The parking structure design began in October 2010 and construction is estimated to begin in March 2011 through the Fall of 2011. The final phase of the project is scheduled to begin in March 2011 and includes the construction of the library expansion, park (north, central, and south parcels) and city hall building, community room and council chambers. All project components are currently scheduled for completion in late 2012.
