The Recreation & Senior Services Office is open from 7:30am-5:30pm Monday through Thursday and 8am-5pm on Fridays except holidays. The telephone number is (949)644-3151.

• Directions to Office
  From 55 Freeway South on 55 and continue as freeway ends and turns into Newport Blvd.
  Pass PCH - Second light past PCH is Finley, turn left and then right into City Hall Parking lot.
  
  From PCH Southbound
  Turn right on Newport Blvd /Balboa Peninsula (south) ramp (just past Hospital) and make a right on Newport Blvd. Second Light is Finley, turn left and then right into City Hall Parking Lot.
  
  From PCH Northbound
  Just past the Arches Restaurant take ramp to right for Balboa Peninsula and once on Newport Blvd. Second Light is Finley, turn left and then right into City Hall Parking Lot.
  
  There is free parking in visitor spaces in the City Hall Lot. There are also Parking Meters on 32nd Street.
