Request for Parking Review
You may contest a parking citation by requesting an Administrative Review within 21 days of the citation issue date. For quickest response, use our online appeal system Please note that the online appeal system will not be available on same day citation is issued, please allow three days to submit appeal online. Administrative Review forms can be downloaded from above and are available at the Revenue Customer Service office located at 100 Civic Center Drive, Bay A.
Once completed, your Administrative Review form can be returned by mail to P.O. Box 3080, Newport Beach, CA 92658-3080 or dropped off at the Revenue Customer Service office located at 100 Civic Center Drive, Bay. Appeals received after 21 days from ticket issuance or by due date on first mailed notice, will be denied.
The Administrative Review form can also be returned via fax. The fax number is 949-723-3538. Please note that any original materials submitted with an Administrative Review form will not be returned.
