What: Fair Housing Certificate Management Training
WHO: Landlords, managers, property owners, attorneys, realtors and management companies
The training will provide a detailed explanation and discussion of Fair Housing Laws and how they pertain to you. Additionally, the training will provide general guidelines related to the practice of fair housing related to families with children, lead disclosure, occupancy standards, reasonable regulations, people with disabilities, sexual harassment, advertising guidelines, rules for tenants with minor children, and prohibited practice and hate crimes. Lastly, the training will include fair housing scenarios, “What would you do?” and group discussions with a question and answer period. There will be a pre and post training quiz for certification.
