In observance of MEMORIAL DAY,
City offices and libraries will be closed on Monday, May 28.
There will be no refuse collection on Monday, May 28.
For the entire week, collection will occur one day later than normal.
Refuse normally collected on Friday will be picked up on Saturday.
There will be no street sweeping on Monday, May 28.
