Notice is hereby given that the City of Newport Beach, California has prepared the draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Fiscal Year, beginning July 1, 2011 and ending June 30, 2012, as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. A copy of the CAPER will be available for public review from September 10, 2012 to September 25, 2012. download copy of Public Notice.
In addition, the Newport Beach City Council will hold a public hearing to review comments received on the draft CAPER at the following date, time, and location:
