An unplanned electrical outage has occurred in the area near MacArthur Boulevard and Von Karman at approximately 7:20 AM and has affected approximately 66 customers. At this time SCE has not determined the cause of the outage. Because unplanned outages may occur at any time, SCE has 24/7 emergency response.
