OC Supervisors Agree to Extension of  Protections at John Wayne Airport
The five-member Board of Supervisors has unanimously approved a negotiated plan that, if finalized in the coming months, would protect and extend the neighborhood-friendly limitations at John Wayne Airport for another generation.

Mariners Mile Construction Project
Traffic lanes have been shifted and crews are mobilizing to begin phase one of the Orange County Sanitation District's sewer line replacement project. Significant traffic impacts are expected and alternate routes are recommended along West Coast Highway from Dover Drive to Prospect Street.

Advisory: West Bay Avenue & 19th Street Restroom Closure beginning September 3
As part of the Marina Park project, West Bay Avenue between 18th and 19th Streets and the 19th Street Restrooms will be closed beginning September 3. Temporary facilities will be provided within the vicinity in the interim. Beach access is available off of 19th Street.
