Sales Tax Update for Quarter Four of 2014
Receipts for Newport Beach’s October through December sales were 8.0% higher than the same quarter one year ago. Actual sales activity was up 6.5% when reporting aberrations were factored out.

Bay Avenue Street Closures April 20 - May 3
Bay Avenue from 7th - 8th Street, Medina Way to Coronado Street and Cypress to Palm Street will be closed for pavement reconstruction. One lane will reopen to traffic after 5PM each day.

Five-Year Consolidated Plan Update
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires Newport Beach to complete a Five-Year Consolidated Plan to receive funds under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The Five-Year Consolidated Plan identifies the City's priority needs in housing, homelessness, community development, and economic development.

Civic Center Documents and Lessons Learned
