Please help us by taking a few moments to let us know how we are doing in providing accessibility to our programs and facilities in the City of Newport Beach.
The City of Newport Beach, in keeping with its ongoing efforts to serve all members of the community, is updating its Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) transition plan and self-evaluation. The accessibility plan provides a comprehensive plan for access for individuals with disabilities to City facilities, parks, programs, services, activities and events.
The City of Newport Beach is seeking input from agencies, organizations and individuals with disabilities. As an agency, organization or individual, the value of stakeholder guidance will help to address and prioritize current and future needs. Individuals who would like to provide input are invited to complete a survey. Surveys are available for organizations that represent individuals with disabilities, patrons, community members, employees, and other interested individuals who wish to participate in the evaluation.
Your comments and opinions are important to us and will provide valuable information regarding how the City of Newport Beach can better serve individuals with disabilities. Surveys can be found online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/ada-survey and will be available through June 10, 2012.
The City of Newport Beach complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Public Law 101-336, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability.
If you have questions or concerns about this survey or ADA access at one of our facilities, please contact the City's ADA coordinator Celeste Jardine-Haug at 949-644-3247 or email@example.com.
