Romeo and Juliet
The Newport Beach City Arts Commission presents Shakespeare’s timeless romantic drama “Romeo and Juliet.” Set against a backdrop of feuding families, two star-crossed lovers pledge their devotion, daring to believe that love will conquer all.
Pre-show activities begin at 6:45 p.m.; show begins at 7:00 p.m. Shakespeare by the Sea is free and open to the public. Those planning to attend should bring lawn chairs and a picnic dinner to fully enjoy the entertainment under the stars.
