iPac Catalog Help/FAQ

I don't see the holds that I had placed.

After you place a hold, click on the 'Refresh' button on the browser or press 'F5', to view the most recent version of the holds list page. If you still have problems, call us or send us an email.

Can I place a hold on several items at once from 'My List'?

No, you cannot place a hold for multiple items together. You will have to place hold individually for each item.

If I have a hold on a book should it still be on "My List"? Do they work independently of each other?

No, you don't have to have your list to place a hold. "My List" is just for your reference. They work independently of each other.

How long can I keep the items in "My List"?

Saved lists do not expire. Also, there is no limit to the number of lists you can create.

If I remove the names from my list does that cancel out my holds?
