Attendees will learn how to use free tools to take control of and improve your business’s online pages, and learn customer follow-up strategies that can be applied immediately.

Kim Olson and Rozie McCarter of Broadly.com present this workshop.

Kim has collaborated with local businesses for over 4 years in her career as an account executive and marketer. She is currently Account Executive at Broadly.com, which helps local businesses improve their online presence and grow word-of-mouth. Olson earned a Bachelors from the Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego with a degree in Communications.

Rozie has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing with the past 7+ dedicated to providing solutions to small businesses. Her product specialties include local business reviews, mobile solutions and Facebook reviews.  In her current role at Broadly, she is an Account Executive  providing marketing solutions to business of all industries who are interested in building their  internet presence, expanding review results, attracting more traffic resulting in increased sales.
