Authorization:
Pursuant to Parking and Business Improvement Area Law of 1989, California Streets and Highways Code Section 36500 et. seq.

Given the health risks associated with COVID-19, the City of Newport Beach has decided to proceed with this meeting via Zoom. As a member of the public, if you would like to participate in this meeting, you can participate via the following options:
