Come by bike, wagon or foot to the playground at&nbsp;Cliff Drive Park on Sunday, September 22 from 11:30 a.m. until 2 p.m.&nbsp; <IMG style="WIDTH: 300px; HEIGHT: 143px" border=1 hspace=10 alt="Hootenanny in the Heights-R" vspace=10 align=right src="https://www.newportbeachca.gov/home/showpublishedimage/4504/635682493202100000"></P>
    <P>There will be fun for the whole family including a BBQ lunch, family-friendly games, face painting, and a fire truck&nbsp;of taking a few memorable pictures. Games and activities for the kids&nbsp;will be lead by&nbsp;the City's&nbsp;recreation staff&nbsp;to allow the grown-ups time to get to know the Council Members and some of the City's executive&nbsp;staff. </P>
