Pack a picnic dinner or purchase from on-site gourmet food trucks . No alcohol is permitted.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Concerts will be held at Marina Park&nbsp;<em>(1600 West Balboa Boulevard, Balboa Peninsula)</em>.&nbsp;Admission is free. Limited parking will be available, though p</strong><strong>lease note that the Newport Beach Volleyball Invitational will be taking place at the Newport Pier until 5 p.m. on October 12. Parking may be impacted by this event. <span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 0);"><em>For your convenience, we encourage concert attendees to walk or bike to the concert.
