Finley Tract Resident Permit Parking Program

The City will host and conduct a virtual meeting to discuss the status of the effort to establish a residential permit parking program for the Finley Tract. The City-approved coastal development permit was appealed, and Coastal Commission staff does not support the proposed program that would exclude all parked vehicles without a resident permit. Alternatives to the proposal, such as two-hour parking, may be possible and should be discussed. City staff will provide a summary of the proposal, the current status of the program, and you can provide input on alternatives.
