SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19

Given the health risks associated with COVID-19, the City of Newport Beach has decided to proceed with the hearing while strictly adhering to social distancing guidelines. To this end, the meeting will be conducted in the Corona del Mar Conference Room, Bay 1E. The City is restricting the number of people entering the building, so please check-in at Bay C first with the Concierge. Then, public will be directed to the Corona del Mar Conference Room, Bay 1E. Applicants and the public can participate in person. They will be required to maintain a minimum of 10 feet separation and only 10 people will be permitted in the Conference Room at a time. Based on recent guidelines from the OC Health Agency, face coverings are required. If you choose not to attend this meeting in person, you can participate via the following option:

  1. You can submit your questions and comments in writing for the Zoning Administrator to consider. Please send them by email to the Community Development Department CDD@newportbeachca.gov by Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. to give the Zoning Administrator time to consider your comments. All emails will be made part of the record.
