Approved
– August 15, 2007 The Zoning
Administrator approved the Comprehensive Sign Program to allow a
project identification sign (Code makes no provison for project identification
signs) and an address sign (address number height exceeds the permitted height
of 12 inches) both of which do not comply with the regulations as specified in
Chapter 20.67, Sign Code of the Newport Beach Municipal Code. The approval
includes provision for signs on the north and south elevations for future tenants
or project identification. The property is located in the SP-9 (Old Newport
Specific Plan Area) District.
