Approved – August 21, 2007  The Planning Director approved the applicant’s request to modify the provisions of a previously approved sign program that pertain to one sign location and to change the vertical dimension from 24 inches to 30 inches. Previous approval of Modification Permit No. 2005-120 (PA2005-262) established a comprehensive sign program for the shopping center.

APPEAL: The Zoning Administrator’s decision may be appealed to the Planning Commission within 14 days of the action date. A $600.00 filing fee shall accompany any appeal filed. No building permits may be issued until the appeal period has expired.
