The Planning Director approved the applicants request to allow the establishment of a confectionary store specializing in the production of chocolates and fudge products and other assorted items. This use is classified as a take out service limited eating and drinking establishment. There will be no on-site seating or dining associated with this facility. The property is located in the RSC District.
