The Planning Director approved the applicants request for a minor change to sign program to add two wall signs for the child care center, located within the project. The signs will not be visible from the public street. Also included in the application is a request to waive the requirement to file a new modification permit application. The property is located in the PC-38 (Hoag Hospital Planned Community) District.

APPEAL: The decision of the Planning Director and Zoning Administrator may be appealed to the Planning Commission within 14 days of the action date. A $600.00 filing fee shall accompany any appeal filed. No building permits may be issued until the appeal period has expired.
