Join the City of Newport Beach and Balboa Island residents and business owners to celebrate the opening of the newly rebuilt, Park Avenue Bridge (also known as the Little Balboa Island Bridge). A brief car show will begin at 2:30 p.m. and it will be followed by a brief, dedication ceremony at 3 p.m. All are welcome!
