The first Newport Beach Fire Department Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) "All Hands" meeting of 2019 will be held on Tuesday, February 26 at 6:30 pm at the Newport Beach Central Library Friends Room. The meeting will have Newport Beach Police Officer Troy Zeeman as our presenter. Officer Zeeman will speak about active shooter scenarios and his direct experience with the Las Vegas Route 91 incident. Following Officer Zeeman's presentation we will also have a hands-on component that reviews the "How to Stop the Bleed" for all interested participants. All CERT "All Hands" meetings are open to all Newport Beach CERT volunteers and any interested community members. You do not need to register to attend.
