City Calendar

While the City of Newport Beach does not operate John Wayne Airport (JWA) or own it, we are certainly impacted by it. Please join Council Member Jeff Herdman and City Manager Dave Kiff at an informal gathering to discuss any issue on your mind relating to John Wayne Airport’s departure paths. 

This will be the first of a recurring series of meetings held on Friday afternoons as needed (but not every Friday). Consider attending to learn more about noise monitoring, the FAA’s NextGen efforts, the JWA Settlement Agreement, and any airport issue on your mind.  The agenda will be guided by the questions and comments from attendees versus a formal presentation by the City.
