A SPECIAL MEETING HAS BEEN SCHEDULED for Thursday, July 16, 2020, at 5:00 p.m., in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 100 Civic Center Drive, Newport Beach, California.

SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19

Given the health risks associated with COVID-19, the City of Newport Beach has decided to proceed with the City Arts Commission meeting while strictly adhering to social distancing guidelines. To this end, the meeting will be conducted in the Newport Beach Civic Center Council Chambers. The public is invited to participate in the Community Room next to the Council Chambers.  The Community Room is set to provide minimum seating socially distanced.  Based on recent guidelines from the OC Health Agency, face coverings are required. You can participate via the following options:

1. You can go to the Community room and participate.

2. You can submit your questions and comments in writing for the City Arts Commission to consider. Please send them by email to the Library Services Department at LibraryAdminTeam@newportbeachca.gov by Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. to give the City Arts Commission time to consider your comments. All emails will be made part of the record.
