  • The City Clerk serves as the local filing officer for the Fair Political Practices Commission. These reports include Conflict of Interest Statements, Campaign Finance Reports, and Agency Reporting. For additional information, visit the FPPC website.

  • California law requires public officials, candidates, and committees to disclose financial interests and campaign activity to ensure transparency in government decision-making.  All current and past filings are available through the online portal Campaign Financial Disclosure Forms.

  • Form 700 is required for designated employees, elected officials, and candidates to disclose personal financial interest.  All current and past filing are available through the online portal - Form 700 - Statement of Economic Interest.
