City of Newport Beach offers several payment options for your convenience.

Click on this link to enroll for or access the new Online BillPay application. This online account management tool allows you to enroll for email billing and to go paperless. You can pay your bills using a saved payment profile to avoid entering the credit card number each time you make a payment. And you can enroll for or manage your AutoPay preferences. Also pay by telephone (949) 718-1999.

ONE-TIME PAYMENTS (no enrollment):
To view and pay all of your city accounts by credit card, use the NBID Number found on your billing statement. By checking or unchecking boxes you can pay as many or few accounts as you choose, but only in the amount of the current balance due. Click on underlined accounts for billing details. Also pay by telephone (949) 718-1990.

PARKING CITATIONS:
Please have your License Plate number and the Citation number handy to make payments online.

ADMINISTRATIVE CITATIONS:
Please have your Drivers License number and the Citation number handy to make payments online.

Please Note: Effective September 2024, a convenience fee of 2.85% will be added to all online credit card transactions. However, there are no transaction fees associated with e-check payments. For more information, please click here.

If your e-check payment is returned or rejected by your bank for any reason, a charge of $25 for the first occurrence and $35 for all subsequent occurrences will be assessed.
