The Newport Beach Fire Department will be hosting an informative wildland fire safety presentation on the "Ready, Set, Go" program on Wednesday, October 3 starting at 6:30 p.m. at the OASIS Senior Center.
Ready, Set, Go is an educational safety program focuses on wildland fire safety and preparedness for Newport Beach residents. Participants will learn how to make their home safer through improvements or clearing brush, how to prepare their families, and what they need to do if the need to evacuate arises. Residents who would like to learn more about how to be prepared for a wildland fire are encouraged to attend.
