Donations Being Accepted to Spread Holiday Cheer

Donate to the Sparks of Love Toy Drive and Operation Christmas

The City is supporting the Spark of Love Toy Drive and Operation Christmas to make the holidays brighter for underserved children, teens, military members and their families.

Spark of Love Toy Drive

The Newport Beach Fire Department is participating in the 26th Annual Firefighters’ Spark of Love Toy Drive campaign, which runs through December 24. Interested community members can drop-off new, unwrapped toys and sports equipment or gift cards at all Newport Beach fire stations, Lifeguard Headquarters, the Newport Beach Central Library and Civic Center Revenue Department (see drop-off list below).

In Orange County, the Spark of Love combines efforts with several agencies to form the Orange County Toy Collaborative. These agencies collect and distribute approximately 300,000 toys annually to Orange County children who may otherwise go without during the holiday season.

For more information about the Newport Beach Fire Department’s Spark of Love efforts, please contact Mariah Stinson at or 949-644-3361.
