Purchasing

The Purchasing section of the Financial Planning Division provides all City departments with a centralized resource for the procurement of goods and services. Purchasing staff facilitates Requests for Bid (RFB), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Requests for Proposal (RFP) as part of the procurement process in order to achieve maximum cost savings to the City. In addition, the Central Warehouse provides a one-stop location with over 700 items available to all City departments.
