Located on nearly five acres at the corner of Jamboree Road and Back Bay Drive in the City of Newport Beach, California, Bayview Landing provides 120 affordable, rental units for tenants aged 62 and older. Twenty-four units will be offered to tenants whose annual income does not exceed 50% of Area Median Income, while 95 units will be available to those whose annual income does not exceed 60% of Area Median Income.
