Private Underground Conversion Guidelines
Pursuant to Chapter 15.32 Underground Utilities of the City's Municipal Code, all property owners within an approved district shall provide an underground service feed from his / her property to the termination facility in the public right-of-way within the allocated period of time. All owner's within an Assessment District will be notified in writing when the private conversion work can take place.
