Parking Admin Review
You may contest a parking citation by requesting an Administrative Review within 21 days of the citation issue date. For quickest response, use our online appeal system at www.pticket.com/nb . Administrative Review forms can be downloaded from above and are available at the Revenue Customer Service office located at 100 Civic Center Drive, Bay A. Please note that any original materials submitted with an Administrative Review form will not be returned.
Once completed, your Administrative Review form can be returned by mail to P.O. Box 3599, Tustin, CA 92781-3599 or dropped off at the Revenue Customer Service office located at 100 Civic Center Drive, Bay. Appeals received after 21 days from ticket issuance or by due date on first mailed notice, will be denied.
You will be notified by mail of the results usually within two to eight weeks, depending on the research required to complete review.
