Welcome to the Witte Hall Lecture Room
Witte Hall is Newport Beach’s new premier lecture and event venue, featuring a modern 299-seat auditorium equipped with professional audio/visual technology, a permanent stage, and our Stahr Courtyard for receptions or breakout gatherings. Located next to the Central Library on the Civic Center campus, this architecturally stunning space is ideal for lectures, panel discussions, corporate events, film screenings, and community forums.

- Facility Rental Packet:
- Includes information about the Community Room (page 7), pricing (page 12), and our Reservation Request Forms (pages 14-19). To place a hold on your preferred date and receive a quote, please complete and return the Reservation Request Forms (pages 14-19).
- Facility Guidelines & Key Info:
- Please review, sign, and return with the approval of your price breakdown.
- Event Vendor Information & Roster:
- Any vendors providing on-site services must submit their City of Newport Beach Business License and a Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Newport Beach as an additional insured.
- Preferred Catering List:
- These caterers are familiar with our Community Room and offer excellent service. However, you are welcome to bring homemade, store-bought, or picked-up food. You may also hire a caterer not listed here, if you prefer. A copy of the caterer’s Newport Beach Business License and proof of insurance will be required.
