Friday: 7:30 a.m. - Midnight
Saturday: 8 a.m. - Midnight
Sunday: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
The CYC offers two rental rooms that each accommodate:
- 60 guests standing.
- 50 guests sitting theater-style.
- 30 guests with tables and chairs.
Equipment Available: In our Pirate’s Cove (carpeted) room, we have a wall draping, whiteboard, Smart TV, DVD player, radio, speakers with a microphone, 6ft tables, and chairs available. In our China Cove (tiled) room, we have a whiteboard, radio, speakers with a microphone, 6ft tables, and chairs available.
Facility Reservation Information: Reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance. To process your reservation, please submit a completed Reservation Request form and a signed Facility Use Agreement. We require a minimum of 10 working days to be processed. Submission of Reservation Request does not constitute approval. Approval or denial will be provided within 3 working days of a completed application. At the time of approval, you will be notified of the cost of your rental. Full payment is due at that time. *We will do our best to accommodate your rental with less than 10 working days’ notice.
