Written comments for City Council consideration may be submitted to the City Clerk at cityclerk@newportbeachca.gov by Monday at 5:00 p.m. before the meeting. Comments received by this deadline will be included in the agenda packet and available online.
Materials received after the deadline and before 2:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be provided to the City Council in hard copy and made available to the public at the meeting.

The City Council and most City boards, commissions, and committees are subject to the Ralph M. Brown Act, ensuring the public’s right to attend and participate in meetings.
Agendas, minutes, staff reports, and related materials are managed by individual departments.

SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19

Given the health risks associated with COVID-19, the City of Newport Beach will conduct this meeting via Zoom. As a member of the public, if you would like to participate in this meeting, you can participate via the following options:

 1. You can submit your questions and comments in writing for the Zoning Administrator to consider. Please send them by email to the Community Development Department at CDD@newportbeachca.gov by Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. to give the Zoning Administrator time to consider your comments. All emails will be made part of the record.

4. Attendees must "raise their hand" if they would like to speak during Public Comments. If attending by phone, press *9.
