Click on this link to use our online request system to start your water service in Newport Beach. Please have your service address handy as well as the date you would like to start service. We are not able to take start service requests more than 2 weeks in advance.
Close Water Account
Click on this link to use our online request system to close your water account. You will need your account number as well as your service address to complete your request. We require 48 hours notice for all water service account cancelations.
Transfer Water Service
We do not have the ability to transfer water service from one address to another. To transfer your water service, close your current account (link above), then start water service (link above) at your new address.
Update Billing Information

You can pay your bills using a saved payment profile to avoid entering the credit card number each time you make a payment. And you can enroll for or manage your AutoPay preferences. By checking or unchecking boxes you can pay as many or few accounts as you choose, but only in the amount of the current balance due. Click on underlined accounts for billing details.
