Written comments for City Council consideration may be submitted to the City Clerk at cityclerk@newportbeachca.gov by Monday at 5:00 p.m. before the meeting. Comments received by this deadline will be included in the agenda packet and available online.
Materials received after the deadline and before 2:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be provided to the City Council in hard copy and made available to the public at the meeting.

The City Council and most City boards, commissions, and committees are subject to the Ralph M. Brown Act, ensuring the public’s right to attend and participate in meetings.
Agendas, minutes, staff reports, and related materials are managed by individual departments.

Homeless Services Community Forum Series: People Assisting the Homeless (PATH)

Please join us on Thursday, February 16 at 6 p.m. in the Civic Center Community Room for a Community Forum featuring People Assisting the Homeless (PATH). 

The City of Newport Beach collaborates with PATH (People Assisting The Homeless), a Placentia-based nonprofit, to locate housing for homeless individuals and help newly sheltered people remain in their homes. PATH Orange County Regional Director Melanie McQueen will discuss how the organization provides a wide range of services such as shelter and housing assistance, health care, job resources and ongoing case management.
