RESIDENT SURVEY: CDBG Five-Year Consolidated Plan (2020-24)
In advance of preparing the Consolidated Plan for 2020-24, the City of Newport Beach invites you to complete a Resident Survey regarding the short- and long-term needs of the community, and how federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds may be used to meet those needs.
The information received will be used by the City in the development of the City’s CDBG Five-Year Consolidated Plan, a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant received by the City each year to implement programs and projects that benefit low- and moderate-income people.
The City encourages interested citizens, local public service organizations, and other stakeholders to complete the Resident Survey for the CDBG program.
Surveys are available online at:
Deadline Extended to Friday, April 3, 2020
If you have any questions regarding this survey or the CDBG program, please contact Lauren Wooding Whitlinger, Real Property Administrator, 949-644-3236.
