Regular City Council meetings are held every second and fourth Tuesday of each month.

Written comments for City Council consideration may be submitted to the City Clerk at cityclerk@newportbeachca.gov by Monday at 5:00 p.m. before the meeting. Comments received by this deadline will be included in the agenda packet and available online.
Materials received after the deadline and before 2:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be provided to the City Council in hard copy and made available to the public at the meeting.

The City Council and most City boards, commissions, and committees are subject to the Ralph M. Brown Act, ensuring the public’s right to attend and participate in meetings.
Agendas, minutes, staff reports, and related materials are managed by individual departments.

Museum Tour

Huntington Library, Art Collections and Botanical Gardens

The City Arts Commission invites you to join them for a motorcoach tour to The Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens. Participants will enjoy a private morning tour of the Chinese Gardens, followed by English tea in the Huntington’s Rose Garden Tea Room at 12pm. Attendees will have the chance to view current exhibitions as well as shop in the Huntington's gift shop before the bus heads back to Newport Beach at approximately 2:30pm.
