Art of Papel Picado: Papel picado is a traditional Mexican folk art that uses tissue paper to create decorative banners. With just a few materials learn to make your own papel picado that can be used to adorn your celebrations!
Ages 5-9. No registration required. Materials provided while supplies last. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
