City Charter and Municipal Code

The City Charter and Ordinances are codified into the
City of Newport Beach's Municipal Code.

The Municipal Code is available in paper and electronic formats. Copies of the paper version, which is the OFFICIAL version, may be found in the City Clerk's Office or can be purchased directly from the codifier. The web version is updated periodically and users can also print portions of the Municipal Code via the web.
