Pay Your Citation
Parking citation payments are due 21 days from the date of issuance. Fines not paid within the 21 days are subject to a late fee and prohibit the contesting of a citation.

Parking Citation Reviews
You may contest a parking citation by requesting an Administrative Review within 21 days of the citation issue date. For quickest response, use our online appeal system.

Schedule a Hearing
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your Parking Citation Review, you may request an Administrative Hearing. Administrative Hearing forms are available for download at the more information link below. The Administrative Hearing form can also be faxed or picked up in person at the Customer Service Center located at 100 Civic Center Dr, Bay A.
